1. Acceptance of Terms & Business Entity

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Guest”, “User”, or “You”) and Vanrai Resort & Water Park (“Resort”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), operating the agro-tourism and nature resort located at Wadgaon Gupta, Ahmednagar City Bypass, Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra.

By accessing our website, creating an online reservation, remitting an advance payment, or checking into our resort premises, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Booking, Payment Terms & Pricing

• Advance Deposit: A minimum 50% advance deposit is mandatory to confirm and block room dates. Reservations placed without an advance deposit will be held temporarily for 2 hours before release.
• Balance Settlement: The remaining 50% balance, along with any optional add-ons or dining packages, must be settled at the resort front desk upon physical check-in.
• Transparent Pricing: All tariffs displayed on our website (Wooden Cottages ₹4,000/night, Deluxe AC Rooms ₹3,500/night, Standard Rooms ₹2,500/night) are transparent and inclusive of standard room amenities. Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied as applicable per statutory hospitality tax slabs.
• Payment Modes: We accept UPI, major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Netbanking through secure, certified payment gateways.

3. Check-in, Check-out & Identification

Early check-in or late checkout is strictly subject to real-time room availability and cleaning schedules, and may attract a nominal surcharge.

Mandatory ID Verification: Under local district police and Indian hospitality statutes, every adult guest (18+ years) must furnish a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during physical registration. PAN Cards are not recognized as proof of address.

4. Child Policy & Extra Person Surcharges

• Children below 5 years: Stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents (meals per consumption or package).
• Children aged 6 to 11 years: Subject to an extra child surcharge of ₹600 per night (with or without rollaway bedding).
• Extra Adult (12+ years): Accommodated with an extra plush floor mattress and linens at ₹800 per night.
• Maximum Room Capacity: Wooden Cottages can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 Adults + 2 Children or 3 Adults).

5. Dining & Pure-Vegetarian Environment

Complimentary buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM for staying guests in Wooden Cottages and Deluxe AC Rooms.

6. Swimming Pool & Water Park Regulations

• Operating Hours: The swimming pool operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Water slides and rain dance operate during scheduled daytime activity hours.
• Mandatory Swimwear: Only standard nylon or lycra swimwear is allowed. Cotton clothes, jeans, and loose apparel are strictly prohibited for hygiene and filtration maintenance.
• Child Safety: Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times near water bodies.
• Pool Health & Conduct: Diving in shallow areas, consumption of food or beverages near the pool edge, and glassware in the water zone are strictly banned.

7. Event, Banquet & Wedding Booking Terms

• Lawn Blocking: A 30% advance is required for wedding lawns, event setups, and conference spaces.
• Sound & Noise Regulations: In strict compliance with regional environmental statutes, outdoor amplified sound and DJ music must cease promptly at 10:00 PM.
• Outside Vendors: External decorators, caterers, or audiovisual technicians must receive prior written clearance from the resort operations manager.

8. Guest Conduct, Damage Charges & Property Safety

Vanrai Resort is a peaceful agro-tourism retreat. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Consumption of narcotics or illicit substances is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate eviction and police reporting without refund.

Guests are fully liable for any intentional breakages, burns, structural damages to wooden cottages, or ruined linens caused by negligence. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and billed to the guest before departure.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy Reference

All cancellations, date rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy. Standard cancellations made more than 7 days prior to check-in receive a 90% refund, while cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Free 1-time date rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

10. Limitation of Liability & Legal Jurisdiction

Vanrai Resort shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or theft of personal valuables, luggage, or vehicles parked on premises, although 24/7 security surveillance is maintained. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with reservations or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra.
